“ Where do we start... excellent burger, my safe haven in Bologna when I need junk food. For lovers of the smash burger genre, this is a guarantee. The burger isn't too smashed, but it retains the flavor and juices of the meat. The buns are all perfect, and the work done on the quality of the meat and bacon is remarkable. The fries (whether fried, twisted, or sweet) are very good and not very greasy. A place I would recommend a hundred times over (my photos don't do it justice). The negative reviews are from those who don't understand the quality offered/people who don't know what a real smash burger is. Currently the best smash and burger in Bologna, super mega, highly recommended when you want to indulge and/or vent stress at work or elsewhere on food. Great P.S. The prices? High if you think of a restaurant dinner, but absolutely in line with anyone who makes real smashes in Italy (the various Smashy, Meat Crew, Crash It and company) so nothing so high as to be able to speak negatively, since I repeat absolutely in line with those who offer the same type of product around with a similar (very high) quality. ”

“ I've been coming to this place since it first opened on Via San Mamolo and have never left disappointed. The place is super welcoming and the owner is very polite and friendly. They make excellent smash burgers accompanied by a mountain of super-crispy skin-on fries (regular or sweet potato). The slices of meat are subjected to a special Maillard reaction, giving the burger a unique texture and flavor.
